The day after rides

There's been no match report of Thursday morning's ride, but I did get a team photo from Dick, taken in the Finzean Farm shop:

Note that two of the previous day's missing cyclists - Les and Robin - made it along. Dick's Strava shows he did 36 kms with 1,000 feet of climbing - https://www.strava.com/activities/451631079

I couldn't make yesterday morning, but Keith joined me for an afternoon ride. We took the identical route to the pre-Xmas lunch run on Wednesday, which of course necessitated the bike getting the full treatment from the hose on my return:

Now a big decision - do we include the Wednesday and Thursday rides in the 2015 stats, or having already declared Mr. Sharp our Yellow Jersey "winner" at the Xmas Lunch, do the 2016 stats start from then? If we include them in 2015, then it means Dick has now overtaken Ian in terms of number of rides so far this calendar year.

One thing I would suggest for next year's stats is that solo rides should be excluded. This year, a number of us - Dick, Jeff, Ian Sh, John P, Ken P, Rob & myself - benefited from some solo reported rides being included. I will also continue to exclude from the stats any "away" rides, including overseas ones. This year, Les, Ken P, Ian Sh, Robin, John P, John McW, Malcolm L, Rufus and myself all did some overseas/away cycling, with some of them appearing on the blog. Please feel free to continue to report these - with pictures preferably - and they will continue to be featured on the blog, but excluded from the stats.
