Well, it's been another busy week on Strava - especially from Mr. (and Mrs.) Reilly. Mike and Carol took a short break over in Aviemore, but that didn't stop them from cycling - far from it - they've been out on their bikes virtually every day. Back in Banchory now, they were out again yesterday (Friday) - Mike's ride marked the 150th entry on this year's "others" database. Since the last blog posting, there have been another 14 rides added to this database:
- Mike - 4
- Jeff - 3
- Scott - 2
- John M - 2
- Les - 1
- Peter R - 1
- Iain W - 1
Back on the main
Freewheelers events there has been a dearth of reporting, but a few photos have appeared of the Monday and Thursday rides to Torphins and Finzean respectively:

Jack's new top drew admiring glances |

Monday - l-r: Ian Sharp, Ken Page, John Perry, Rob Pollard, Jack Simpson, Iain Wright & John McWhinnie |
John P was back again to provide the Monday route map:

Thursday - l-r: Jack Simpson, Robin Brodie, Ken Black, John Perry, Scott Hunter, Ian Sharp, Dick Taylor and Jeff Dickens all admiring Jeff's new yellow peril. |
I'm told Thursday's ride to Finzean through Scolty and up to Shooting Greens was particularly tough - glad I wasn't well enough to take part. Bullet dodged.
A few
Freewheelers off golfing to Boat of Garten tomorrow (Sunday) so numbers might be down a bit for Monday's group cycle.
