Four of us showed up in team colours for this afternoon's ride - Dick, Archie, the returning Ken P and myself. We decided to head south across the river towards the quieter tarmac roads. We took the left fork towards Tilquhillie and it was onwards and upwards from there. We reached a point at what I hoped was the peak of our climb with a lovely view down the Dee Valley and decided it would be nice to have a team photo here. Propping up 2 bikes together and using the "prostate" channel in Dick's saddle to hold the camera, we took this photo of the Yellow Perils:

More climbing was to follow as we headed for the Mulloch Stone Circle for the second team photo:
The chosen route from here was downwards towards the Slug Road, meaning of course more uphill work to get back over towards Tilquhillie again. We made it safely back to Tease after about 90 minutes' cycling, covering almost 13 miles with over 1,000 feet of climbing.
The coffee in Tease must have been strong - either that or Archie was trying to create a new fashion trend when he got dressed again:
