Thursday report

Rob reports:

"Gents, today Les, John McWhinnie and myself met at the guide hut at

09.00 hrs. John having begged for an extra hour in bed although Les and I would have gone much earlier. There was still a residual flow of arctic air in Deeside so we donned rainproofs and gloves and set off for Finzean farm shop. Usual route, although we found a new track to avoid the worst of the puddles at the back o' bogendreip. The adreniline must have been getting to Les, because over scones he proposed going back via the Finzean memorial!! This was two big hills too many for John and I, so Les was over-ruled and proceeded to sulk all the way back. A good fresh run with nearly 24 miles on the clock when I got home. My selfie skills weren't up to doing a trio-photo."
